I founded JP Dixon over 50 years ago. And since then, I’ve approached each client relationship with honesty, respect and an open mind.

Real estate is a dynamic, unpredictable industry. So from day one, I made flexibility the cornerstone of everything we do. That mindset has shaped our agency from the beginning – and has been the key to our long-term success. While other businesses are only now becoming more agile, adaptability has always been at the centre of how we operate.

I believe there’s a better way to sell homes, particularly in the Bayside and Peninsula markets. That belief, combined with decades of experience, has enabled me to help clients navigate complex negotiations and achieve outstanding results.

Originally from New Zealand, I established myself as one of Auckland’s most respected real estate salespeople, selling more than 1,200 homes and operating my own successful real estate business. I bring a warm, practical, and results-driven approach to everything I do.

Following two memorable appearances on the popular TV show Location, Location, I became well known for my strong results, genuine client rapport, and a healthy dose of wit.

Since relocating to Melbourne, I’ve channelled my focus into Property Management. I bring the same energy, experience, and industry expertise to this field, ensuring my clients benefit from dynamic strategies and proven negotiation skills to achieve the highest possible rental return.

This real-world knowledge now underpins his transition into property sales, giving his clients the advantage of insight that goes far beyond surface-level understanding.
