I founded JP Dixon over 50 years ago. And since then, I’ve approached each client relationship with honesty, respect and an open mind.
Real estate is a dynamic, unpredictable industry. So from day one, I made flexibility the cornerstone of everything we do. That mindset has shaped our agency from the beginning – and has been the key to our long-term success. While other businesses are only now becoming more agile, adaptability has always been at the centre of how we operate.
I believe there’s a better way to sell homes, particularly in the Bayside and Peninsula markets. That belief, combined with decades of experience, has enabled me to help clients navigate complex negotiations and achieve outstanding results.

I’ve been in real estate for several decades, bringing a warm, practical approach to everything I do.
Originally from New Zealand, I built a solid career in Auckland, where I sold over 1,200 homes and ran my own business.
I also made two appearances on the popular TV show Location, Location, where I became known for my results, client rapport and a healthy dose of wit.
Since moving to Melbourne, I’ve brought that same energy to property management. Responsive, empathetic and thorough, I believe in keeping clients informed at every step – and resolving issues as quickly and carefully as possible.
