Marty Pask is a former Australian Rules footballer who played in the AFL for the Brisbane Lions.

Following his playing career, Marty transitioned into sports management, becoming Managing Director and part-owner of Kapital Sports. Over more than a decade, he built a reputation as a trusted and strategic player manager, known for navigating high-level, high profile and complex contract negotiations on behalf of elite athletes. His work saw him partner closely with athletes, families, and leading industry professionals.

With two decades in the AFL ecosystem and over 10 years successfully running a business, Marty is now embracing his next professional chapter, partnering with Jonathon Dixon.

Having established deep roots in the Brighton community and developed a strong understanding of the local property market, he has joined JP Dixon Real Estate as Sales Director.

“I’m taking some time to recharge and refocus. With a genuine interest in people and community, I’m looking forward to bringing what I’ve learned into the real estate field. My aim is to approach this work with care, trust, and respect for privacy, and to contribute in a meaningful way.”
