Where it all began

As a third generation Brighton resident, Jonathan Dixon founded JP Dixon Real Estate over 50+ years ago.

Back then, real estate agencies had fairly rigid rules, regulations and processes. Exorbitant advertising costs and commissions, were the norm.

This had to change !

He knew there was a better way

On day one, Jonathan made a promise to do things differently. And that’s exactly what we’ve done.

We never win business with flashy marketing, sales lines or skewed statistics. Instead, we rely on honesty, integrity and most importantly our sales results. And although we’re a leader in off-market sales, JP Dixon isn’t a name that’s often heard. That’s because we never advertise prices against your wishes to boost our own reputation.

We also made a commitment in our early days to stay flexible at all costs. And it’s been the smartest move we’ve ever made. In today’s digital age, real estate agents need to be agile, otherwise they won’t survive.

Following in their father’s footsteps, Todd and Phoebe Dixon are now part of the JP Dixon journey too – with big hearts and open minds.
